3 Buy-Rated Stocks Eclipsing All-Time Highs

Stocks making new all-time highs are always worth investors' attention, as the strong price action often reflects rising earnings estimate revisions driven by improving fundamentals.

Recently, several Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) stocks -- Hewlett Packard Enterprise, PBF Energy and NetApp  – are all hitting fresh highs, with each receiving a boost from recent quarterly results.

HPE Breaks Records

HPE’s latest release was packed with records, with quarterly revenue climbing 34% YoY to $12.2 billion. Earnings of $1.02 similarly grew by an impressive 55% YoY, with both items clearing our consensus expectations nicely. Sales growth has clearly accelerated recently, with sales climbing by double-digit percentages for five consecutive periods.

Growth momentum in the above-mentioned release was driven by its Networking and Cloud & AI businesses. Networking revenue soared 75% YoY, while Cloud & AI revenue climbed 25%, underpinned by 35% growth in Server sales. Record orders and backlog also encouraged HPE to raise its FY26 outlook, further strengthening its current momentum story. EPS revisions remain bullish across the board, with earnings expected to climb nearly 100% in its current FY26 and an additional 20% in FY27.

PBF Benefits from Favorable Operating Environment

PBF Energy has benefited heavily from a much more favorable refining environment, with its latest results showing a dramatic turnaround compared to the year-ago period. Adjusted EPS came in at $6.22 compared to a loss last year, crushing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $4.05. Revenue jumped 56% YoY to $11.7 billion, while its gross refining margin excluding special items climbed to $23.40 per barrel from just $8.38 one year ago.

Higher crack spreads and throughput provided major tailwinds, with the restart of its Martinez refinery also boosting results. Earnings estimates have soared higher across the board given the favorable environment, keeping the momentum picture nicely intact.

NTAP Reports Big Growth

Like those above, NetApp similarly delivered rock-solid results recently, posting quarterly revenue of roughly $2.0 billion, up 30% YoY, while adjusted earnings of $2.09 climbed an even stronger 75% from the same period last year.

Its all-flash array business was a big highlight, with revenue climbing 47% YoY to a record $1.3 billion. Public Cloud revenue also reached a record $206 million, up 28%, while billings surged 36%. NTAP shares initially faced pressure following the release but roared back fiercely, with its earnings outlook remaining bullish across the board.

Bottom Line

Hewlett Packard Enterprise, PBF Energy and NetApp all trade at or near all-time highs, with their latest quarterly results revealing strong growth, improving outlooks, and several company-specific catalysts. All three sport a bullish Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy), supporting continued near-term share momentum.
